Yours-to-Name - Runabout
Yours-to-name is a prototype vessel with water-jet lazer-cut frame. She was built so her builder could take over the world with new techniques for fast wooden boat building. All the structural members including frames and longitudinals are computer-designed. Water-jets cut through the wood to the specified shape. Everything slots together, like Lego for boat-builders, only easier because you can’t go wrong. Using these techniques, it takes minimal hours to produce something beautiful. Made in this way, the wooden boat is stronger and lighter than a plastic boat. A classic, it will last generations.
